Full complement needle bearings have a through- hardened outer ring which results in high static and dynamic load capacities and an ability to withstand overloading, shocks and vibration.
Full Complement Needle Bearings have a through hardened outer ring which results in high static and dynamic load capacities and an ability to withstand overloading, shocks & vibrations. These bearings are available with or without an inner ring from 12 mm bore size, they have convex outer diameter which can swivel in the housing and must be used with cylindrical bearing raceway.
These bearings are designed to withstand at high load applications, and accommodate in less space, compare to roller bearings. Convex raceway of inner ring enables the good alignment at high speed also.
Range
They are manufactured specially on request in the same dimensions as the standard RNA series (without inner rings) 1 000, 2 000, 22 000, 3 000, NA series (with inner rings) 1000, 2000, 3000 with cylindrical raceway. BIC inner rings made from high quality bearing steel without lubrication holes are supplied with NA series. There are mainly use in applications such as Gear Box, Spinning, Carding Machine, Yarn manufacturing, drawing machine (Yarn manufacturing), Macroll winding machine (Jute manufacturing).
